Thank you for reaching out!

We understand that your HP EliteOne 800 is not powering on despite performing a hard reset and checking for any sticky residue or obstructions. To assist you better, please try the following additional steps if not done already:

  1. Verify Power Source:
Ensure the wall outlet and power cable are working by testing them with another device.

  2. Inspect Power LED and Cables:
Check if any LED indicator lights up or blinks when the power button is pressed. Make sure all cables, including the power adapter and internal connections, are securely connected.

  3. Remove External Devices:
Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, peripherals, etc.) and try to power on the system again.

  4. Clear Residual Power:
Unplug the power cord, press and hold the power button for 15–20 seconds, then reconnect and try powering it on again.

If the system still does not respond, the issue may be related to an internal hardware component. Please send us a private message and share the product details and contact details.
