Hello! Workstation Z4 G5, with Geforce GT 1030-SL-2G graphics card. When powering up, I get a beep and an error message 519-Aux fan not detected, press enter to continue. The workstation will be in the server room and there will be no possibility to press enter after each reboot. Help disable Post error, BIOS updated to the latest version.

Look up 56Q79AA and get the kit. Install, plug the fan plug into the bottom front motherboard auxiliary fan header. That should do it... the plastic tabs fit in to the slots built into the metal of the case and the black plastic fan holder then rotates up and snaps into place. It is a bit of a tight fit but works great. Overall cost about 30.00 USD.
EDIT: Get one of the recent QuickSpecs for your workstation and confirm that the AMO part number above is right for you... it should be listed in there and found via a quick CTRL + F. The pic I had here originally was of an earlier kit... the forum member who provided the pic of the inside of his case with that device in place shows a blue bar on his release tab.

It is rare but possible (seen it only once) that you have a bad HP PWM fan in that black plastic fan carrier. It could be dead or part of the PWM circuitry on the fan controller inside the fan hub could be bad. HP uses different fans for different purposes, and they often have a HP part number and subscript on the fan label. The picture I got for you of that "kit" shows a Delta 92 x 25 12VDC fan in place, HP part number 411456-001 with subscript -5L1F. The subscript has to do with length of lead and fan plug type. The exact same fan might have another HP part number but same subscript if it was used on another HP project.
Here's what I'd do... get one of those off eBay and with the workstation fully powered down and the wall plug removed then disconnect that fan plug and plug in your new eBay fan hanging outside the case for the power-on test. The case fan's plug end may be white or brown. If that solves the problem, then you can justify replacing the fan that is currently inside the black plastic fan carrier. Here's a pic from a quick eBay search for HP AUB0912HH. You also could search for 411456-001. Sometimes HP uses Nidec fans for this purpose... these 0.4A ones all are nice low noise fans. For a Nidec one search for 647113-001 and that will also show some Delta ones.

Interesting advice, but the problem is not in the cooler (the problem is repeated on other workstations);
With the RTX A4000, the workstation boots without any problems.
I need my workstation to boot without problems with a GeForce GT 1030-SL-2G graphics card.

I've got the same issue when using a Barco MXRT 6700 graphics card in the Z4 TWR G5. Tried another Barco MXRT 6700 graphics card, same issue.
There is no error message when I use a Nvidia Quadro P2000 or a Nvidia RTX A2000 graphics card.
Just got a response from Barco that it's got something to do with the BIOS checks a higher amount of current and requests an additional fan.
Order for already shipped and built system: AMO kit 56Q84AA
Order with new Z4: 57L00AV PCIE Rtner wFans HP Z4 GS

Well, then it may be quite simple to fix that error message. Maybe you'd just need to get a higher amperage HP case fan. For example, the AUB0912VH Delta fan shown below uses 0.6 amps instead of 0.4A HP has been using more recently. The VH means running at 12VDC with no PWM braking applied will result in the fan RPMs "very high". HP has used VH fans and then applied PWM braking to slow them as needed. If you run them with only 3 of the 4 wires attached you'll see their highest speed... you'd detach the PWM signal wire that feeds from the motherboard to the rotor control circuit on the fan. The HP fan wiring order is the usual one seen in virtually all PWM fans.
However, if it is the amperage of the video card that the motherboard is sensing then this strategy likely would not work. The B & H site shows that kit HERE but I don't have one of those workstations handy to experiment with.

If you havent, please open a support ticket at HP Support so they can track it and hopefully fix it in a future BIOS update. The Z4 G5 is very new, so all issues/bugs like this should ideally be reported at an early stage for future updates. 🙂
