I got a used ProDesk 400 G2 mini for auxiliary tasks, and immediately found a problem with its boot on POST stage.
The DisplayPort output is not activated until the OS boot completes. I.e. the display is blank, until the login screen, which takes time and makes you wonder, does it work at all?
Only D-SUB VGA is activated at boot-time.
That is very unlike Dell desktops, where either both outputs are available at boot time, or you can choose the primary output specifically.
In HP's BIOS setup I did not find any option to set the DisplayPort output as primary at boot.
Is there any trick to do that? Like using a deployment BIOS-configuration tool, or other way? Any hardware jumpers?

I guess, HP is ashamed to respond that it is a design flaw, which was not fixed during all these 5 years. And the comparably modern Skylake-based desktop was simply designed for 36 years-old VGA D-Sub ANALOG monitor connector; without even keeping a modern digital display link in mind.
