Je vous prie de noter que nous avons un problème au niveau du disque dur ordinateur tout-en-un HP Elite One 800 G1 (modèle de base) Numéro de série [Personal Information Removed]T.

pouvez-vous nous proposer pour une solution de récupération des données ou réparer le disque dur ?

(2) Let the disk replaced by HP if you have warranty 

If you have no warranty, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook repair store.

si le disque dur, n' est pas trop endommagé , vous pouvez essayer quelques solutions
