Hi All,

 

I cannot find the right driver for the RAID controller. Help please!

I'm working on a Z840 workstation with a Windows Server 2016 Datacenter OS.

The hardware ID for the Raid Controller is  PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2827&SUBSYS_2129103C&REV_05.

you need the ENTERPRISE Intel RST driver that supports the c600/c220 chipset that x78/99 chipset motherboards use

 

these drivers are diffrent than the consumer RST drivers (which lack support for the above chipsets)

 

please use the search function on this board as this driver question is frenquently asked for for the z series workstations
