what is the part number for that cooler and is that the replacement to this?

look up "liquid" on that page..... it gives 647670-001 Spares P/N and from reference to pics of the liquid cooler for the Z420 on eBay 647289-001 probably is the Assembly P/N.
Looks different too...... and it states it is for the HP Envy Phoenix Desktop Series LGA 2011 (different box).
I've posted here about using the heatsink/fan for the Z640/Z440 in the Z420/Z620, and that works fine. Has almost double the heatsink cooling fan fins area, and 4 instead of 3 heat tubes...... significant higher cooling capacity from the stock HS/F but not liquid. Read up on that if you wish, and take a look on eBay at 749554-001.
