Hi Team,
I am facing an issue with by HP Laptop having product code as V5D75PA#ACJ .When my device is connected to the charger and I am working over it, then after some time of use, it gets power off. This issue is happening from last 15 days. Everytime It happens around half an hour of use while charging.
I need it to be checked as soon as possible.

I suggest you run an extensive system test and let me know if the Notebook shuts down during the Test
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
Keep me posted

Hi Krazy,
Thank you for your response.
I tried the steps but i could not see system tests there rather i found memory , drive and language test. I performed memory test and it got passed in 12 mins and when i gone through drive test it asked me to select extensive test. I selected that option and it is running and estimated time is coming as 3 hrs 28 mins. Is it normal?
And one more thing i wanted to ask whether i have to perform this testing while charging or without charging as the issue comes when i work while charging.
Hoping for your response.
Thanks ,
Akash Sinha

Since the Notebook shuts down during the test this is a Hardware issue.
