Hallo,
they say that W 11 needs TPM 2.0.
How can I upgrade Bios/Motherboard to TPM 2.0 on my Z230?
Current Bios is 2.15.1236.
Have installed W 11 under a virtual machine and don't encounter any problems. But what, if W 11 will be installed not as guest but as host system?
Thanks for all advice.
Regards
Joern

the z230 DOES NOT MEET HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS for windows 11,
microsoft has stated they WILL BE ENFORCING HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS IN THE RELEASE VERSION OF WINDOWS 11
the win 11 installer recognizes a VM and skips the TPM/CPU requirements,
it's also possible to skip them in the beta builds of win 11
