I have check all the possibility in bios related to TPM there is no setting but HP manual says TPM is available but windows 10 say no TPM Found.
In Bios Security tab i can't find TPM but, i can find in older model like 280G1 and 280G2 TPM 1.2 is available.
Please some one help me on this.

Why do you "suddenly" need to know about TPM?
Are you wanting to install Windows 11, when it becomes available, at the end of 2021?
Note that the Microsoft Product Lifecycle for Windows 10 means that it will be supported until 2025.
So, buy a new computer in 2025, and it will have TPM, and it will have Windows 11 pre-installed.
By 2025, your disk-drive will be "ancient" (like 7-year-old automobile tires will be) and should be proactively replaced, before it "blows".
Save your rubles, unless you like to be on the "bleeding edge" of Windows 11 users.
