Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter 

Best driver installed.

Failed on bootup.

Was working yesterday.

go to device manager, uninstall/remove the device with the error (do not remove existing drivers)

 

restart the system it will redetect the network card and attempt to reinstall the driver

 

usually this is all that is required to repair the error if not post back for further help
