I am unable to create a company account to create and manage support cases with MyHPSupport. I requested a company account, but never received the invitation email with the additional steps needed to actually activate the account. I have tried repeating this step with several different email addresses, but have never received the invitation for any of them. No other means of contact seems to be provided for getting assistance with MyHPSupport.
Is there anyone from HP who may happen to be monitoring these forums who might be able to reply to or private message me and put me in contact with the appropriate team within HP to get this issue straightened out?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
