Are you all aware that we are unable to create an HP case on the Support website.  The form is asking for Site Name (which is greyed out) and no way to submit the case. The bot agent is horrible with providing support and feel like i am going in circles. Glad the phones still works.HP Case creation site.png

Please provide your prompt assistance on this matter, as I have multiple cases pending registration. It's becoming difficult to manage with these delays, especially for relatively minor issues.

Our customer is currently waiting for their case to be logged and processed. However, the system is still not functioning as expected. We urgently need you to finalize the necessary steps and advise us on the resolution.
