@Alicesusan,

Ha! -I assume you got your RTX 4060 Ti working?

Hi Have a separate but related question, please. All went well with the installation of the new GPU which was pretty much plug and play. However, as I am my own (untrained) PC software and hardware engineer (basically using Google!), I need to have an identical spare PC so I bought another one which I thought was the same model. I wanted to put my old GPU in there as there wasn't one and if I need to swap the PCs over, to put the RTX4600 in there.

The cables coming out of the PSU on the new PC were absent and when I contacted the seller he said it was powered from the motherboard and a different PSU and they could send the right PSU if I send them back the old one.

I can do this but I'm just a bit worried that the new PSU and the motherboard may not be 100% compatible and I may get future problems? I would be grateful if you would confirm that it won't cause any problems if I change the PSU over. Thank you!

Yes, sorry I didn't reply before but been struggling for weeks with the Windows update boot loop and related issues so I am having to learn things I didn't have a clue about! Almost there, but it is a struggle.
