Always turn off your pc on HIBERNATE mode too turn it on wake on lan mode, same also follow ninja4IT full comment related wake on lan

Not sure what you are saying in your first two points, but I believe you are referring to this thread HERE in your third point. For future forum members searching for how to WOL that thread has some valuable information to review. It is older, however, and W10/W11 builds on these business class PCs (Pro 6300 SFF and Elite 8300 SFF) and same-era HP workstations have shown added issues with achieving WOL. The Holy Grail HowTo has not yet been found for those newer operating systems...

 

By the way... the Pro 6300 SFF and Elite 8300 SFF both have accepted W11 22H2 here just fine when upgraded using my hybrid technique from W10Pro64 fully updated installs to W11 22H2. Paul Tikkanen from this HP forum also has provided an ALTERNATIVE approach to achieve that same upgrade, which I have not yet had a chance to work with.
