recognizes all drivers or has put Generic drivers, if you use the server for unimportant applications you can test, but if the server is for critical applications it is a very bad idea to use non compatible OS.

if you think it supports windows server 2022 then proceed to install, I am sure it does not, I have been working with servers for 30 years, and the number 1 rule is not to use OS if it is not compatible, if you use the server for games etc.,,,, you can try, but I have always worked with server for critical applications and this does not allow to speculate.
I am giving you my point of view.
