google both numbers to get the actual HP model name(s)
example: HP slim desktop 6L04AA is the model number of the wireless keyboard/mouse kit not a desktop computer
https://firstshop.hu/hp-billentyuzethu-optikai-eger-t6l04aa-p137120
same for N3r88AA, it's a kbd/wireless mouse kit
https://www8.hp.com/us/en/ink-toner-and-accessories/product-details/8409988
when posting a question please try to make it relevant, your post is not about a desktop system but the kbd/mouse
and i suspect the only difference is the countries it's sold in and perhaps the keyboard key language printed on the keys

while you can call any item whatever you personally want that does not mean that it's the correct generally accepted description in use by the rest of the general public
your statement: A keyboard and mouse set can also be called a "slim desktop"
can also be called harry or margaret or rumplestiltskin .......and will cause just as much confusion
please when asking for help, do not use made up personal standards when describing something if it's a keyboard/mouse kit please refer to it as such and not as a slim desktop this will result in you getting a reply that relates to your actual question

Hello DGroves,
thank you for your help!
It would be new to me, that there would ever have been a keyboard/mouse combo under the name "rumpelstiltskin".
However, the addition "Desktop" has already been used by manufacturers such as Logitech, Microsoft and yes also HP.
Yes, the term was a bit unfortunate, but making a big fuss because of something like that? I don't get it.
Back to the subject, does anyone happen to know what are the differences between the two Desk.... uh Combo, Sets or whatever are?
Many thanks,
greetings
Martin
