Z840 With 32GB (4x8GB) with dual E5-2683 V4 wont post, 5 beeps

Hello community! I'm looking for some help that I can't seem to find the answer to. I have a Z840 with two E5-2683 V4 CPU's (they're actually two qualifying samples and I was told they work just as the regular retail CPU's), and 4 sticks of MTA9ASF1G72PZ-2G3A1 8GB 1Rx8 DDR4 PC4-2400T-R 19200MB/s ECC Registered server DIMM memory. I believe I understand the workstation only supports 2133MHz ram, but any higher will be run at those speeds. With the sticks in the 1/2/3/4 configuration, or any other configuration for that matter, the computer will not post, just beep five times-wait two seconds-then been 5 more times. It does this a few times before just flashing the red LED in the same increments. From what I've seen, there shouldn't be any issue with my CPU or RAM selection. I have tried removing one stick at a time, changing DIMM slots, you name it. I have it paired with a R9 290x GPU, using an NV link to use the 2 6 pin connectors. I plan on having two 8TB WD drives, and two SSD's in the setup. I have even removed the GPU, all the drives, the USB3 expansion card that came with the system (I bought it bare bones), and reset the CMOS by lifting it out of it's tray, waiting 30 seconds, and reseating it. If anyone could recommend any solutions, or point out the issue, it'd be greatly appreciated. I've included the two auctions that I got the components from, if that helps.

1. The most important information: What does the pattern of beeps / LEDs's decode to in the user manual?

2. Consider trying the system with one CPU and one stick of RAM.  If there is no success, in my view, there are too many variables/possibilities and the best method of solving the situation may be to take a couple of steps back:

3.  Although the seller indicates the CPU's are tested working and to some degree conform to the final configuration, engineering sample CPU's are often running at lower clock speeds and may have other modifications for testing purposes, e.g. cores turned off, and perhaps the two samples have slightly different configurations. Depending on the error message, consider returning them as being non- functioning.

__ Of the 322 HP z840's tested on Passmark, there are two systems using the E5-2683 V4.

4.  The memory may be incompatible with the system and/or the higher than standard clock speed of the RAM will not work with engineering sample CPU's. Depending on the error message, consider returning them as non-functional. In the office here, all five of the previous and current HP systems used only HP-labelled memory- always worked and no  failures.

most likely a memory error,.............. either wrong dimm socket placement or incompatible ram

So, typical PICNIC; I misread the manual and the RAM lay. I've adjust the RAM installation and am currently working on installing Windows 10. I will flag as resolved!
