does anyone know how i am able to chat online with a REAL PERSON? i thought there was supposed to be a 24/7 online support person and thus far, which has been at least an hour of trying to figure it out, i can not figure out how to speak to someone at hp. and i need to know what to do if the computer i ordered was signed for and givin to someone i dont know. i already contacted fedex but i would like to talk to someone at hp as well. if anyone can give me a 24/7 phone number or how to chat with someone that would be like super cool. thanx
