Hello Sir,

 

Obviously you are right, should be take the support with polycom., and aslo I will do this not a problem. But as per my experience its not a very critical issue for a good experience person, therefore I was shared our issue all of you. While all other action we already taken, and follow. But the thing is I am not interested to disturb our CMA without backup. But support tell us that all the future schedulig will deleted. 

 

So please don't  mind sir, but I have to shared this issue only for share to some idea by all users. There was no my motto for effect the any type of policy either terms of company. I were think think that hope some one will face this issue in past, so may be he will supported me.
