Product: Polycom Visual Pro

Hello

 

I have Polycom Visual Pro required to be controlled by third party control system Extron IPCP Pro. 

firmware used for visual pro 6.2.2.8  and this codec used as standalone without trio 8800.

To enable ethernet  control , it is required to enable telnet access from Codec which unfortunately  not allow me to enable it and im getting popup message "you're not authorized please  contact your administrator.

 

Any Solution !!

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

The Polycom Visual Pro only works with a paired Polycom Trio. It does not work as a standalone device.
