Hello! Who can help? I need to update Polycom RSS 4000 to the latest version. I can't download firmware anywhere. I need firmware for Polycom RSS 4000. Currently, the server has Software Version: 6.4.0.0, Hardware Version: 6. Can anyone share them with me? Thank you in advance for your help!

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

Polycom / Poly sold the RSS product to a 3rd party and even the 3rd Party no longer supports it. RSS is end-of-life and end of support.
