Hello.
Today instilled Polycom scheduling plugin for IBM lotus Notes to the environment. And faced with majeure problem. When configure the integration with the CMA 4000 after putting connection parameters (user data, CMA address, connection protocol) issued the following message -
Translate screen shot
"During the connection with the meeting CMA licensing error occurred. Please contact the administrator."
We checked our CMA license installed and there are no problems. In the logs did not find anything suspicious.
What could be the problem?

In fact the CMA plugin for Lotus required an extra license.
But, that plugin is closed to “end of life”. We are working to leverage the scheduling APIs (released with latest releases our products) to schedule meetings from within Lotus Notes. The difference is that we are building a reference design for a plug in that a customer (or an IBM Business partner) can incorporate into their existing Lotus Notes template. (Currently with CMA, we say “rip out your template and use ours” and because the power in Lotus notes is in template customization, this is a much better solution for the your customer).
