I was wondering if there was a way to recover admin password for locked out Polycom VBP? I don't want to do factory reset if possible.

On the back of the VBP7301 there is an Erase button. Click it:

 

3 times, returns to default config
2 times resets Admin (UI) and root (CLI) passwords to defaults
1 click reboots the unit
