Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012

Hi All,

 

I am trying to install HP PRINTER SECURITY PLUG-IN from https://www8.hp.com/us/en/ads/clientmanagement/overview.html and the download link https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/HPPrinter.html

 

once the software has been installed and the service has started i do not see the plugin in SCCM.

 

has anyone had this issue.
