Are you asking for a fancy font that looks like writing, that you can just select and print?
Or are you asking for a scanning tool that will read a document and then allow you to select the above font when you print?
I question why you would ever want to read cursive writing? (Unless it's just a few sentences.)

Yes, I want to read cursive writing. Why would you NOT want to read cursive writing? All the most important stuff throughout history is written that way!
I want to type out a document and than convert it to to cursive writing.

I wouldn't want to read cursive writing generated by a computer. Printed books aren't that way.
