Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all.

We are trying to use the HP MIK in our SCCM console version 1710.  I can install the MIK but when I got to step 4.1 in the White Paper, there is no HP Client Support Packages created.  I was not sure if this is something I needed to create manually or if the installer is not working with SCCM version 1710.

Yes, I know the white paper does say that 1702 and 1706 is supported which excludes 1710.  But for the most part I can get see the HP Manageability Intergration Kit blue icon listed.  So it seems partially installed, but not fully.

Any ideas?

I'm running SCCM 1710 and am unable to create a BIOS Configuration policy. It always creates a BIOS Password policy instead. I've installed MIK 2.1.14.1.
