Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc keeps restarting when setting up windows 10 during the just a minute then black screen blink and restarting.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • Did you reset the computer? If yes, were you facing any issues prior resetting?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

While you respond to that, I request you boot to BIOS by tapping the F10 key on startup and check whether the issue persists in BIOS.

 

If the issue doesn’t persist in BIOS, then I recommend you boot the computer to safe mode and update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

The last my pc was working fine was last week. My pc product is J9M24UA#ABA and model is 15-1024wm Which is a HP laptop. I  reset  my pc to f-10 and tried troubleshooting but decided to go back to the previous version of my pc. It’s working fine now. thanks for helping! Have a great evening !
