Greetings All,

 

This is my first time in the forum.  Have been using HP DESUGNJET 1055CM PLUS to print wall plots. I wanted to order for a printhead and Printhead cleaner and i open to check for the product number while it was on and i  switched it off and remove the printhead cleaner to copy the serial number. I later on the printer and it showed  SYSTEM EROR 06030 800000008  contact HP representative. Can anyone advise me on how to resolve this problem. Thanks for your professional inputs in advance.
