We had some temp IT help a little while back set up some LaserJet 500 MFP M570dn's, and when they set them up, they put in an administrative password.  It is not recorded in our company's IT password manager and the tech who did no longer even works at the company we hired him through.

 

How do I reset the administrator password on this thing?  Is there a pre-boot menu like in similar models?  This printer has the touchpad-screen and all buttons save for the power button are soft-touch.   I need a real HP guru for this one because I've been Googling for hours and haven't found anything.
