Product Name: M575f

Hello-

I have been working on a m575. The initial issue was that they were getting creases in the printer somewhere around the fuser. I replaced the fuser but the creases were still showing, so I replaced the paper exit assembly. It fixed the issue, but a few days later a 51.00.19 .20 .21 .22 Error Came up. So I went ahead and reseatted the PCA Ribbons going to each Laser Scanner Assembly as well as the PCA & Ribbons associated with the Error on the DC Controller.

It seemed to work for a day or so, but the error returned. So I installed a new laser scanner assembly (Both Laser Scanners) with no luck. My next step was to replace the Ribbons & DC Controller. The 51.XX.XX Error still remains. After working on this device, I notice a damaged prong on the Ribbon plug-in on the DC Controller, So when I replaced it with a new DC Controller I receive a 99.05.35 Error (Or a Firmware Error).

So I ran a partial Clean, reinstalled the firmware, performed a cold reset and a full format with new updated firmware. Still getting a 99.XX.XX Error. So I installed a new HDD for it, but error still remains. I installed the old DC Controller, and the 99 Error went away, but the 51.XX.XX Error still remains.

I do not have print functionality, and I can access the menus and navigate through them, but i cannot print/scan etc. Any ideas to the 51.XX.XX Error? Anything at this point helps.

**Side Note**
I was able to perform an engine test and receive all 4 colors.

Is it possible that I could have shorted something out with the low voltage/high voltage?
