Product Name: HP Design Jet 500
We have a older HP DesignJet 500 at this engineering company I just started working for. Whenever we print a ARCH D/Oversize ARCH D, or any 36x24 paper it prints it at 36x24.5. Any advice or pointing me in the right direction is much appreciated as we have a problem whenever we print a set to include in another firms set.
