I recently purchased an "off lease" Elitebook 8460P notebook that was manufactured with the webcam disabled. The web cam is physically there under the bezel but I don't know how it has been deactivared, possibley in the BIOS version.

Does anyone know how it has been disabled? And/or how to reactivate it.
