Product Name: DC7900 Ultra Slim
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit)

The version of the operating system is irrelevant for this issue as it is occurring with both 32 and 64 Bit. I recently purchased two machines to refurb and the generic drivers are not working on either machine. That's okay. I load the OS on the first one, install the network driver (Intel 82567LM-3) from HP site and error code 10. I uninstall and try the driver directly from Intel, same thiing...Device Cannot Start. So I repeat same exact order on the second machine, and exact same results. Is there something in the BIOS I'm not getting? Is this a fatal flaw in these machines? Bad MOBO? Should I just get USB to ethernet adapter? Of course I've just considered going wireless only, but would like to know if I've done all that can be done. Does anyone know of something that can be done? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
