Last week, HP employees participated in the very first #HPExpertDay of 2017, and how!
For the uninitiated, Expert Day is an online event where volunteer HP employees from all around the world swarm the HP Support Forum and do their darndest to help out as many customers as they possibly can for a day.
So on March 22-23, 434 HP employees volunteered their time to make sure that every customer who asked a question on the HP Support Forum was helped. Volunteers from all around the globe descended upon our 7 different language communities – English, French, German, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, and Portuguese – to ensure that no customer was left behind.
