This year we hosted a smaller and more intimate event, where we had the opportunity to share some of the new HP technologies and products. We also shared what is new in Social Media Support which is growing and helping more and more customers online. All of this took place only a few days after the launch of the new English Community Design.

This was the 1st time we hosted a Meetup in San Diego. We have one of the main HP offices here, which is focused on the development of future technologies in the Printing Business, like 3D Printing. It is also home to HP’s Instant Ink program!

 

The visit to the HP San Diego office was full of fun and great information about 3D Printing Technology and Instant Ink. The visit started in HP’s Customer Experience Center, where we met in person with various people responsible for these products and technologies. It was a great opportunity for engagement between Experts and the Program Managers of these products and services. Our Experts were able to share what they see in the Community and share valuable customer feedback. On Friday morning, we had the chance to discuss the new Community design right after its launch on Sep 24th.
