The HP Support Community has a fresh new look

The community team is pleased to announce the redesign of the HP Support Community! This is the most significant redesign in the history of our community – which is fitting, considering that the community’s 10th anniversary is coming up in November.

Here are the biggest upgrades to the community:

• Responsive design
  Whether accessed through a computer, tablet, or smartphone, visitors will now have a consistent experience across all devices
  
  
• Dynamic customized homepage
  With that responsive design comes a homepage that is customized to each visitor – whether it’s a seasoned Expert, a casual member, or a brand new visitor
  
  
• Improved search capability 
  Our search engine has gotten a major overhaul, including auto-complete, and the ability to do multi-platform search, such as web content and YouTube videos
  
  
• Expanded filtering options 
  More filtering and sorting options have been added to the boards to help people find posts more easily
  
  
• “I have the same question” button 
  By popular demand, a “I have the same question” button has replaced the “Kudo” button on the original post, which will help surface top issues
