Recently spwatterson asked a question in the forum about issues with his PhotoSmart C8180 Printer. I've used this printer in the past and think it is a great product. Spwatterson had run into problems getting it install correctly on her MAC. 

 

After asking a couple of questions for clarity, PrintDoc was able to suggest a fix that required a permissions repair on the OS. After this was done, the system worked great. 

 

Thanks PrintDoc for helping spwatterson. It is a great "Post of the Week" In the words of spwatterson: "Your advice was stellar PrintDoc, Distinguished Professor! Thank you"
