This is a great exchange between HaggisCat and sungeb working towards a fix to a DVD issue. Sungeb needed new MediaSmart software. HaggisCat recommended the download of CCleaner in order to completely un-install the old version of MediaSmart prior to installing an updated version.
HaggisCat downloaded the newest version of MediaSmart to make sure it worked prior to actually making the suggestion. Very nice!
Sungeb followed the steps, using the programs that HaggisCat recommended. Blu-Ray was playing again and all was good at the movies. Thanks HaggisCat!
