You know by the answers here that our folks are willing to help out. Normally this means using the typed word to get the point across. That is what caught my eye this week when HaggisCat pulled out his digital camera to answer the question.
KennyJ03 could not remove the hard drive as the tabs that are normally there had either been removed or had wrapped underneath the drive.
In this thread, you can quickly see how the pictures added the additional information to help solve the problem.
