HP ENVY Laptop - 15-ep0700nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all, kindly advise! How can I make use of the legal warranty of the first 6 months?

What to do when your laptop is not even 6 months old, is defect after not even 3 weeks use, and has been sent for repair, after 7 weeks returned to you, then you find out the issue has not been solved laptop still not starting, then sending it to HP support, and now again waiting for it.. I want a new system or money back. There is a legal warranty within the first 6 months. Has anyone done this before? How can I request this?

Kind of you for answering my message. I have already contacted them and before knowing that there is a legal warranty I have asked them to give me a new system or money back. This was not possible they said. So I have sent my laptop back for repair again.

It is only now that I figured there is a legal warranty so I contacted HP support. They again said it is not possible to return the laptop and get a new system or money back. Only a repair. Therefor I am asking here if someone has applied the legal warranty before and wondering how I can do this too. I paid 1800 euro for not even 3 weeks use. The laptop is 6 months old now starting from today.

Where can I find help in this matter? I have emailed, I have called, I have used the contact form, all are saying there is no legal warranty. But HP is saying on their website there is a 6 months legal warranty....
