Alright so my HP envy just came back from being “fixed” and it was returned completely busted physically not just the problem I was having with a bios update before. So it says claims must be filed within 24 hrs. I was delivered today but the first attempt was not. Is it 24 hours form when I receive it?? I have the txt saying when it was delivered.
