Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all. I ordered a laptop 6 weeks ago and, after several emails hp tells me that it will be over another month befire I will get it. Any tips on how I can get this order canceled? I keep getting the runaround on the phone.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
