Welcome to the HP User Community.

If you could not log into your HP Account, you could not "be here" in the Community.

Reference

HP Account - Login / Dashboard

Notes:

  • Log into your HP Account if / when you need central access to your device information, including the ability to update your personal  information.
  • Printers ever subscribed to Instant Ink might resist being removed and will remain in the list.

HP Support Personal Dashboard Resource Guide

====================================================================================

If, instead, the issue is that you cannot open the Home Page for your device,

Example

HP Pavilion 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-cd2000 (2P0M5AV)

(then)

The home page opens from my location / region.

This means nothing to you, of course - it does mean the website is at least available and not completely "gone".

If this (or another support site / website) does not open in your location,

Try / Consider...

  • The website might be blocked by unknown issue - "blocked" is not the same thing as "lost" or "clogged" due to (for example) corrupted cookies or cache.
  • The website might be cleared by removing (deleting) your cache / cookies in your web browser (and restarting the web browser)
  • Your network might benefit from being restarted (computer, router)

Sorry

i mean My HP dashboard

https://support.hp.com/us-en/dashboard/device

I created a warranty extension application and now I can’t go there to see when my warranty ends

@iGO2

OK -

We cannot help with signing into the Dashboard - it requires knowledge and access to your private information that non-HP members of the Community cannot access.

I can - and will - bump a request to our moderator group.

Request for Review – Please Read

I have submitted a request to our Community moderators for a review your question / concern.

Worth Noting

  • Our Community is not an HP business group.
  • We are not HP Technical Support, nor are we HP Sales, Service, or Warranty.
  • Our request for assistance on your behalf does not influence the outcome:  Our request is not a magic back door into HP Support.
  • The time frame (how long it takes) for a response is not controlled by the Community.
  • If / When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.

Important

  • Do not contact random numbers posted in a public or private message by “new members”.  Vermin are looking for victims – don’t be next.
  • Please do not post any personal or case information here - we cannot make use of the data.
  • Posting personal information at a public site is NOT a good idea.

Thanks
how can i contact HP support?
I have questions about the warranty but my dasboard bloked

HP Recommended

@iGO2

You are welcome.

If you have a current active Warranty , you can contact HP Support for the purpose of submitting a case using the usual methods (explained later in this message).

If the case cannot be opened - perhaps due to the original warranty having expired and the extended warranty not having been fully registered - (then) you won't be able to submit a case.

You could also try submitting a Warranty Dispute form (explained later in this message).

Warranty Dispute will not help with you not having access to your HP Dashboard.

If you cannot submit a case and none of the other options work as described,

Wait here in the Community for an agent to respond to your question.

HP Support – Hardware / Technical Support for Devices in Warranty

Short Version

Registered Devices in Warranty:  Select a method and contact HP Support…

Open website  HP World-Wide Support

Select your region and follow the prompts

Regional Links

 USA / Canada >   HP® Customer Support - USA

 UK >  HP® Customer Support - UK

 ---------------------------------------------------

Reminders - READ

  • Case submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.

  • Some regions display phone / chat contact information only after the case is submitted online

  • Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty.  Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.
  • HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are usually not accepted.
  • If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.

Important

  • HP Phone numbers you find on the Internet have likely been hijacked.  Old HP phone numbers – those no longer used by HP since the move to “online” case submissions  – might have been hijacked.  Do not be a victim.  Be Careful.

HP Support - Details / Long Version

Out of Warranty?  What to do...

For those of us who are "Out of Warranty", submitting a case to HP is not an option.

Open your device Product Home  > Select Categories How-to and Troubleshooting to find help for common issues.

HP Support does not generally provide free service for out-of-warranty devices.

Our Community is not HP Support; we do offer online help free of charge.

Reminder

When you submit your question to the Community,

  • Provide as much information as possible about the product, for example, the exact model of the device and the Operating System
  • Tell us what you have tried to fix the problem.
  • As best you can, describe the issue for which you are seeking our help.
