My experience with this website is that it appears to be ***bleep***.. I have had 3 different "HP employees" escalate my problem with NO results.  The last "HP result" was to send me a discount code that was invalid.  The response from them was that the code expired on 10/20/20 but in his email JeffHelp NEVER stated anything about an expiration date.

 

This started 8 months ago when I had a error message on my HP printer that said, "damaged cartridge" when I replaced my original HP color cartridge with another original HP cartridge.  My post was escalated (apparently) to 2 other HP employees and the result was I had to buy ANOTHER HP printer (big freaking mistake).  But I was given the invalid discount code to make up for it.
