I need to delete two My HP accounts, one of which was created when I was unable to change my password because I never received an email with the code, and the page that loaded after requesting the code was the login page, not the change my password page. Today, 9/4/21, I wanted to change the email address associate with the account I had just created, but I couldn't because that email was for my original account, and was still in use. I attempted to change the password for the account associated with that email address, and it actually worked. I changed the display name from my first and last name, and then tried to delete the new account. There wasn't a way to do it, so I performed a search on deleting my account and found a thread that described how to do it, but I had to sign in again. When I signed in, it showed my display name that was not the old one I had just changed, nor was it the one I had just changed it to. I want to delete that account, as well as the account I created about a month ago, but the way that thread describes how to do it does not match anything I see, nor does it state what HP account they are discussing.

I apologize for the long-winded problem description, but I wanted to put as much information as I though should be given to hopefully have to keep answering questions that may get asked to clarify my issue..
