hello

For several days I could not log in to the forum under your name merdzd - error "not found" or "address not found" when i try to restore password . some how  I still managed and I post topic in https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Elite-x3/HP-elitepad-900-G1-bios-settings-password/td-p/6689328

There was no answer and tried to register under the same email as the user merdzd.

Got confirmation and now I have a new name merdzd2018 With the same mail I have a user in HPE Passport.

 

Is my old user lost?

Hi!

 

 

Usually, this happens when the username is not the same as the email address and users try to log in with their email.

 

Did you try to recover your username? https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/First-Time-Here-Learn-How-to-Post-and-More/Having-trouble-signing-in-W...

 

If not, please try recovering your username and then log in with it, instead of your email address.

Yes i did. I  try recover username and password via email and get  "address not found"

i also dont remember i ever changed the username. it was just email.

And last time when i post via screnname merdzd  ‎05-12-2018 01:42 AM

 i Sign in via email Ale**.**k@c***y.ru as alltime.

Now if i recover Username it will be for the curent ac. merdzd2018?

i got message:

 

HP Login

If that email address exists in our database, you'll hear from us there.

 

Nothing in inbox or junkemail.
