K6A93AA HP 3.0 PORTABLE DRIV
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have tried to register my new Hp USB 3.0 External Portable Drive. On the package as HP px3100. Foreign-made lettering and numbers are always extremely small. I used a magnifying glass for the serial number and one number is an eight or six and I tried both and still not recognized. So what do I do return it to the Hp online store I purchased it from direct since it cannot be recognized by the company I purchased it from? I have an HP desktop, printer, and now an HP portable drive and I am through with HP after this.

After being given the incorrect department by phone six times and even one number that did a survey for a medical alert to free Caribean cruise. I finally was transferred to a department of Technical support Dispatch.  There my terrible over one hour on the phone ended. It was in India but finally found a person who spoke English well enough that I could understand him and he could understand me. My product is finally listed as registered but I will never purchase another HP product even though at this time I own a desktop, printer and Portable hard drive all made by HP. Even the online site is hard to deal with. Good luck to all of you that have HP products.

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding holidays & Weekends).
