I have been trying for a week to get in touch with the HP complaint department regarding the repair of my laptop and the service I received. I have been told countless times by the support agents that they have opened a case and I will get a phone call that same day. No one has called me back and I have not received any contact from the complaints team. I received an email that my case has been closed even though no one contacted me and allowed me the chance to explain the issue. The service has been really terrible. How do I directly contact the complaints department without having to go through the support agents?

I will never give this company another cent, I bought a printer that was time consuming, frustrating, it’s a printer ! I don’t waste this time on this kind of thing, they have no idea what customer service is. Yes I understand that if I never buy here again they won’t notice nor care. It’s a choice of where I spend my money I will make better choices ! Absolute Junk !!! And this company should be out of business just because they have no ethical standards!!! Just wait. It’s gonna catch up to ya
