HP AC 100 ACTION CAM
Hey guys, need some help, purchased the HP AC 100 and charged it in a wall socket with adapter and not USB direct to laptop, no warnings on packaging, it's frozen on blue lights, tried resetting it but nothing, did I break/overheat my camera?

Hello thedeanhp,
How did you reset the camera? Did you use the reset button (stick a pin in the small hole for reset for 30 seconds)?
Also, try removing the memory card and battery and try the reset button again.
Reinstall the mem card / battery.
Try a different memory card.
IF none of these things work and its a new purchase, take the camera back to the store.
If that's not an option, you will have to contact HP Support directly.
