I have been trying for three days to submit a dispute over my warranty. I purchased the laptop on the 28th September 2018, but your records show that it will expire in 20 days time (17th February 2019). I have the original sales invoice showing the date that I bought the laptop. I have scanned that and filled out the dispute form, but everytime I try to submit the form, I am faced with a web page that tells me that the support site is unavailable.
I have tried adding the file as several different formats, but I always reach the "unavailable" page.
I would really appreciate some help with this matter. Perhaps someone from the warranty department can contact me directly via email??
Thanks in advance,
Dom

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
